While our home has double glazing and cavity wall insulation, cold air still enters the house through the front door keyhole.
This is compounded by the fact that the temperature sensor for the central heating is just a few feet from this draught, wasting energy and money.
After previously plugging the hole with Blu-Tac, I decided to create a more permanent solution.
I first measured up the door handle and keyhole, creating an accurate 3D model before developing a draught and refining a excluder design which I then 3D printed in PLA.
